VoxMe™, a labor of love and expertise, promises to redefine the day-to-day phone call experience for businesses, customers, and individuals seeking ways to optimize their time. Powered by advanced AI technology, this voice assistant handles both outbound and inbound calls, transcribing and recording conversations for the callers’ and receivers’ convenience. Founded by Aivars Oreniss, a computer science graduate passionate about finding problems desperate for a solution, VoxMe™ addresses persistent issues many companies grapple with.

From call centers to sales representatives, customer service teams to hiring representatives, spa and beauty salons to restaurants, virtually all businesses in the world make and receive phone calls on a daily basis. Whether it’s potential leads or customers looking to make an appointment, these conversations are an integral part of operational growth. But it’s not without its challenges. Most industries miss nearly a quarter of their inbound calls, and up to 51% of those could have converted. On the other hand, customers may be reluctant to answer a number they don’t recognize, leading to a never-ending cycle of wasted time and ‘please hold’ on repeat.

Connected to a real-time proprietary LLM, VoxMe™ is fully personalized, allowing users to generate custom greetings that callers hear whenever reaching the number. For a seamless experience, the tool operates on every user’s personal number, speaking on behalf of the owner. With the LLM technology, VoxMe™ will become even more refined and customized with use, completely eradicating the need for humans to engage in the mundane. It’s more than a personal assistant; it’s an extension of one’s knowledge and personality.

Industry-agnostic and easily integrated into daily activities, VoxMe™’s use cases are endless, including confirming times for one’s child’s doctor’s appointment, checking weather or flight statuses, reminding employees about meetings, and offering phone-based questionnaires to prospective clients.

Those interested can access VoxMe™ for a $10 monthly subscription or $0.50 per minute for both inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, the tool can be tested free of charge on the website. While no businesses or executives are immune to the necessity of phone calls, Oreniss recognizes that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the ones who might lack sufficient funds, staff, or experience to manage frequent phone calls, especially amidst chaotic times. His mission behind VoxMe™ is to make streamlined communication accessible to all, regardless of their business size or budget.

After every phone call, all relevant participants receive an SMS and/or an email with the link to the summary, recording, and transcript. This approach positions VoxMe™ as a transparent tool that makes the most of every interaction by mitigating the risk of the caller and/or receiver forgetting about dates or any mentioned topics.

As Oreniss emphasizes, clear instructions are paramount. Since AI is an always-in-progress tool, providing actionable steps and precise guidelines for the tech to follow is crucial. “Without that, AI might answer questions broadly and stop acting like an assistant,” the founder stresses. VoxMe™’s offering includes predefined industry-tailored instructions that, for some, might be exactly what they need. Businesses with even slightly different needs or protocols, however, should use them as a draft that needs refining. “Once you perfect that part, AI will truly do what you need it to,” he adds.

What inspired VoxMe™ was a personal need. Oreniss, also the founder of RoadBird, a fleet management software, built the AI-powered assistant to standardize processes, streamline communication, and enhance tracking. RoadBird has been reaping the benefits of VoxMe™ since January, and after feeling the difference it made, Oreniss scaled it for a public launch.

By utilizing the power of technology, businesses unlock the potential of 24/7 communication, ensuring customer satisfaction at any time of day. This is especially crucial in an era of digitalization and globalization when companies have clients from all over the world and time zone management becomes an issue. VoxMe™ operates in all languages, making it a truly worldwide solution.

To thrive in the 21st century, businesses and individuals must keep up with the changing landscape. With VoxMe™, diving into the digital era is easier than before. Looking ahead, Oreniss remains excited about all the endless possibilities, envisioning VoxMe™ at the forefront of convenience and innovation. “The only setback I’ve seen so far is people not wanting to speak because they expect it to be yet another dull robot,” the founder quips. “But once they open themselves up to just one conversation, everything flows naturally!”

The Rise of Secure Hardened Container Images
City, Urban, Architecture

The software development life cycle relies heavily on the integrity of containerized environments. As secure software delivery becomes standard in the development process, more teams seek hardened container images and similar hardened container solutions that deliver security without slowing build times. This change shows that container security has become a common need, not just an extra feature for a few specialized sectors. It has become a baseline for security teams that want faster deployment, smaller attack surfaces, and cleaner production environments from the very beginning of the coding process.
