There are a few options you can go for in terms of what sort of chip you want to run, starting with the slightly older M1 chip which is harder to find, to the higher-end M3 chip. In all cases, you get the M2 chip which is faster than the previous M1, a bigger screen, more brightness from the display, along with a better 1080p FaceTime HD camera, and a larger speaker sound system.
