If horizontal spaces are your limited desk space’s worst enemy, the only way to go is up. That’s the rationale behind Exogear’s newest line of battery packs that aims to be “the world’s first” stackable battery system in which you can expand to an unlimited capacity.

Exovolt Plus also uses an Apple-like glow of lights to indicate the power left in your ever growing tower; when your battery is low, the LED light will glow a soft red hue. At 5.5 ounce per pack, the batteries are ultra-portable, and come with carry cases for taking them on the go.
Since the product boasts a universal compatibility, it is capable of charging iOS devices all the way back to first generation iPod Touch and the original iPhone. The site also states most major smartphone and tablet brands, such as HTC, Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, and Blackberry, will all work with the battery pack. One kit of the main battery pack is set to cost approximately $90, with sub battery beginning at $50 apiece. There are currently no words on the release dates, though, with that sort of price tag and capability, we wish the packs could include higher power charges, such as one capable of adding some juice to our laptops.
