Rockstar’s upcoming Grand Theft Auto 5 is nothing if not ambitious. In it, you return to Los Santos, the fictional representation of Los Angeles first introduced in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The city is your playground, and you roam land, sea, and air, from busy marinas to the deep sea, from the dusty rural outskirts to the crowded downtown.

In the meantime though, we have accumulated all the GTAV images we could find. And there are a bunch.
In GTAV you play as three characters with separate, but frequently intertwined plot lines. Michael is a former bank robber in his 40s who retired to the comfort of an upscale neighborhood with his dysfunctional family. Trevor is an old friend of Michael’s living in the desert; he’s also a vicious psychopath and drug addict that frequently finds himself running from the law half naked. The third and final playable character is Franklin, a smooth talking repo man. You have the ability to switch characters at almost anytime, and the three of you will often come together for events like heists.
As with previous GTA games, you’ll have access to a huge assortment of vehicles, including planes, cars, boats, and everything in between. In a first for the series, you’ll also be able to go underwater. The world you can explore is massive, and each new area is different, both in terms of the people and gameplay options. There’s also a huge new online mode, which you can check out in the video below.
