Boasting a music catalog that is ten times larger than Pandora, as well as being the only service to offer listeners access from Personal Radio to on-demand, Slacker and Sonos customers can create playlists, listen to entire albums, and other non-music content such as personalized ESPN sports news, and more. In a cool twist, Slacker even offers over 150 custom genre stations hand programmed by expert DJ’s so you’ll be up to date on the latest tracks no matter your tastes. So if you’re feeling a little lazy, there is a healthy list of genre and sub genre stations awaiting your ears.

“Sonos has always been about people being able to listen to music however they want in their homes,” said John MacFarlane, CEO, Sonos, Inc. “The addition of Slacker Radio to Sonos provides another level of listening to our customers with Slacker’s versatile, customizable service.”

Regardless of your listening habits, or bank account, it looks like Slacker has you covered. All three tiers of service are available on Sonos wireless music systems. They include the free Slacker Basic Radio, an ad-free Slacker Radio plus at $3.99 per month, and Slacker Premium radio at $9.99 per month.

“We are excited to bring a complete Slacker Radio experience to Sonos,” said Jonathan Sasse, senior vice president of marketing at Slacker. “This partnership has been highly anticipated among our listeners for some time, and now we can give our customers the same great Slacker Radio experience they have come to expect on Sonos devices throughout their homes.”
