Facebook's new deals feature could be bad news for both Foursquare and Groupon, as it rolls its massive user base into their territory.

Groupon has debuted a mobile redemption-tracking app. Available as a free download in the Android Marketplace and soon in the Apple App Store, the Merchant App allows staff to scan and verify Groupons using their device’s camera.

EBay and Groupon have partnered to bring deals to both Groupon and eBay customers.
