Wired headphones may be geared for unlimited playback sessions, but their cables can be a hassle to deal with. Going wireless is better as there’s no cord to untangle or restrict your movement. If you’re planning to buy a pair, now is the right time as Amazon is holding a sale on the Sony WH-XB700 wireless headphones.

Normally sold for $128, you can score these Sony wireless headphones for only $98 on Amazon. This deal applies to both the blue and black variants. The purchase includes a charging cable and an audio cable.

The WH-XB700 is part of Sony’s family of wireless cans with Extra Bass. This feature lifts your favorite tunes with waves of thundering rhythm by enhancing low-end frequencies. Sound feels rich and punchy all while maintaining vocal clarity. Bass levels can be customized to your liking through the Sony Headphones Connect app. The app also lets you fine-tune the sound signature to emulate the style of a club, outdoors, hall, or arena.

These Sony wireless headphones connect through Bluetooth or near-field communication (NFC) technology which eliminates the need for complex setup sequences. NFC-enabled devices can easily sync by tapping them to the headphones, while non-NFC units can always pair via Bluetooth. Aside from seamless streaming of your track collection, you can also enjoy hands-free calling and A.I. activation through the built-in microphone and control buttons.

Sony also made impressive strides in terms of the WH-XB700’s wearability and portability. The headband can be adjusted to conform to the shape of your head, while the earcups are generously padded with soft cushions for maximum comfort. Coupled with a solid battery life of up to 30 hours, these Sony wireless headphones can power you through a day or two. When the battery runs out, just plug them in for 10 minutes to get an additional 90 minutes of playback time or charge for a full four hours to fill them to 100%. The supplied audio capable is especially helpful when you can’t charge or for instances that do not allow wireless listening, like flights.

Rock out your favorite tunes with heart-pounding bass by getting your hands on the Sony WH-XB700 wireless headphones. Get yours today for only $98 on Amazon. Stocks are limited for both the blue and black variants, so you better order what you want before it’s gone.
