Assassin’s Creed: Revelations PC release delayed until December

Once again, the PC gamers are left with the short straw. We already knew that Assassin’s Creed: Revelations would be hitting stores on November 15… but now there’s one less platform in the mix on launch day. The PC version of the Ubisoft-published game has been delayed, with the release now set for December 2.

The news comes from Eurogamer, which discovered the date change on Ubisoft’s Czech Facebook page. No reason is given, though the site correctly notes that this is something of a trend for the publisher.

Recent Ubi releases From Dust and Driver: San Francisco both arrived late on PC. Same goes for last year’s Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, which hit PCs months after its November 2010 launch, in March 2011. We’ve reached out for comment, with no word back at the time of this writing.
