This specs leak has come from a tipster on Weibo (via GSMArena), giving us a better idea of what to expect after OnePlus released images of its next flagship phone – including a battery which could blow Apple and Google away.
- The OnePlus 15 will pack the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset – something which has been confirmed for the handset.
- You might get the choice of 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB worth of storage.
- OnePlus’ in-house gaming technology, the Fengchi Gaming Core 2.0, is tipped to feature here.
- The leak also claims the OnePlus 15 will feature a new cooling system.
- Users might benefit from IP66 / IP68 / IP69 dust and water resistance.

- The OnePlus 15 is said to feature a 6.78-inch, 1.5K resolution, Pro XDR ultra-dynamic display.
- The panel is tipped to be a BOE X3 AMOLED display with a 1-165Hz dynamic refresh rate.
- The leak claims the screen will also reach 1800 nits peak maximum brightness – considerably lower than the iPhone 17 and Pixel 10 series (all 3,000 nits+).
- As for the battery, the leak claims the OnePlus 15 will come with a mammoth 7,300mAh battery – a huge upgrade over the still-sizable 6,000mAh power pack in the OnePlus 13 it’ll replace, and much larger than current flagships from Apple, Samsung and Google.
