Google I/O 2026 takes place May 19–20, with this year’s conference centered almost entirely around Google’s next wave of AI-powered products and experiences. Google is expected to showcase major Gemini AI upgrades, including the new Gemini 3.5 family, multimodal tools like Gemini Omni, and more advanced “agentic” AI features designed to complete tasks across apps and services.
